For Teachers

Each summer, we offer a special workshop for educators held at our headquarters in New York City. Designed for both the seasoned pro as well as the brand new teacher, our iTheatrics Junior Teaching Intensive (JTI) is structured to teach new skills, demonstrate best practices, provide time-saving rehearsal techniques, and empower participants to walk away energized, confident and ready to tackle their next musical theater extravaganza.

Chris Paragone w/ Broadway Director Jeff Calhoun

The Intensive is taught by iTheatrics professional development teaching artists and includes workshops with the creators and writers of Music Theatre International’s Broadway Junior Collection, Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Getting to Know Collection and Tams-Witmark’s Young Performers’ Editions. The Intensive also includes a seat at an invitation-only reading of a new musical adaptation in development, plus three comprehensive Junior Teaching Intensive workbooks. And most importantly, our Intensive gives you the opportunity to connect with other people like you who are changing the world one musical at a time.
